BE OUTSTANDING!

"Don’t ever let somebody tell you something’s impossible, or that your dreams are impossible. What you believe is exactly what will be. If you believe you can do something, you will. If you believe you can’t, you wont. And this is my challenge to each and every one of you, as you take off to go on about your lives.

I want to challenge each and everyone of you to BE OUTSTANDING; because that is the only way you are going to achieve everything that you are capable of. And when I say "outstanding", outstanding is not good, outstanding is not great. It is better than good, you must be better than great. And why does it have to be so high? Why does the standard have to be outstanding? Because that is what we are capable of. “To give anything less than your best is to sacrifice the gift.” Steve Prefontaine said that.

And outstanding, let me tell you something about that too. You’re going to be working harder than other people. Good – you get up at 7 in the morning and start doing what you’re doing. Great – maybe you get up at 5 in the morning. Outstanding – you will get up at 3 am, or get up at midnight and start working toward your dream. You will not stop! And in life, there are talkers and doers. And you know the difference. Talkers talk about “I have a friend who did that” or “I know somebody who has done that.” They’re busy talking. To be outstanding you need to be a doer. Laser focused on your dream. Laser focused on what you are going to accomplish, and do it. You are so busy doing, you don’t have time to talk. And you are capable of it. You are capable of absolutely everything and anything.

And if you ever feel like you’re losing sight of your dream and what you are capable of, I want you to reach deep inside and use your vision, and I know you’re going to be able to feel it, because you are capable of everything and anything."
